Job summary
NetApp, the intelligent data infrastructure company is seeking a resourceful and conscientious communications co-ordinator to join our APAC Integrated Communications team in Singapore to support our communications activities across the region.
The communications co-ordinator is the backbone of the team and plays a vital role in ensuring consistent, impactful communication across internal and external channels within APAC. This role works closely with regional and local leadership teams, marketing and product teams as well as global communications team to support strategic communications that align with the company’s brand and business goals.
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Communications Coordinator who is eager to grow their career in communications and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced technology environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, data analysis, results tracking, continuous learning and operational discipline.
This role is part of the S3 academy, NetApp's flagship talent development program which involves 90 day training in Raleigh, North Carolina, US. After the training has finished, you will return to Singapore.
Job requirements
- Support the APAC Integrated Communications team in delivery of communications strategies that support business goals, elevate brand positioning, and achieve tangible impact and results.
- Support the development of content for various channels including media releases, social media, executive speeches, thought leadership articles, newsletters, and employee communications.
- Support social media content planning and development across platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Coordinate agency partners in delivery of support for announcements and campaigns.
- Support execution of employee communications including event management and co-ordination of stakeholders and partners for key employee events including townhalls, all-hands meetings, executive visits.
- Coordinate reporting across markets and alignment with business teams and global teams on tracking of results and analysis of impact.
- Monitor communication trends, media coverage, social media engagement, and KPIs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
- Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail and deadlines, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and balancing stakeholders’ priorities.
- Strong collaborator and a dependable team player who actively contributes to group goals, supports colleagues, and uplifts team dynamics.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, content management systems, and media monitoring platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes ownership of projects from start to finish, demonstrating initiative, follow-through, and a results-oriented mindset.
- A quick learner who brings curiosity, humility, and resilience to every challenge.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in communications.
