About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Community & Events Manager to bring our brands to life through engaging events, meaningful partnerships, and standout guest experiences.
This role also plays a key part in managing event enquiries, driving bookings, and coordinating catering requirements for corporate functions and private celebrations.
What You’ll Do
1. Events, Sales & Catering Coordination
- Plan and deliver a dynamic calendar of events across all brands
- Execute themed nights, pop-ups, and seasonal activations
- Manage incoming event enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Handle end-to-end coordination for corporate events, private parties, and birthday celebrations
- Work closely with operations/kitchen teams to plan and execute catering requirements
- Ensure all events are well-organised, well-attended, and smoothly executed
2. Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with nearby offices, gyms, schools, and residential communities
- Develop partnerships with local brands, groups, and creators
- Cultivate a loyal base of repeat guests and brand advocates
- Represent the brand at external events and collaborations
3. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and execute impactful brand collaborations
- Coordinate joint campaigns, co-hosted events, and cross-promotions
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners
4. Guest Experience
- Be present at key events to host and engage guests
- Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere
- Gather feedback and continuously improve future activations
- Build relationships with regulars and VIP guests
5. Content & Campaign Support
- Work closely with marketing to support event promotions
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, content, and activations
- Assist in coordinating influencer visits and event coverage
6. Planning & Reporting
- Maintain an events, bookings, and partnerships calendar
- Track event attendance, bookings, and performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in events, hospitality, or related roles
- Confident in handling enquiries and closing event bookings
- Experience in coordinating catering or working closely with kitchen/operations teams
- Strong organisational and execution skills
- Outgoing and comfortable engaging with guests
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with social media and current trends
