Community Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Growth Manager to lead community engagement initiatives in St. Catharines, Ontario.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a program that combines strategic relationship building, event/referral marketing, and community engagement to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Position Overview

This role requires a strategic thinker who can build relationships, execute ground-level

campaigns, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Field Activation

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with residential contacts and local
  • business partners
  • Prioritize and execute partnership opportunities based on profile and identified
  • potential
  • Plan and oversee field activations (setup, staffing, performance)
  • Identify and secure high-traffic locations for activations
  • Design and deploy hyper-local marketing campaigns and neighbourhood-level
  • initiatives
  • Ensure complete and accurate data capture of all customer interactions
  • Maintain high standards of customer engagement and execution quality

Program Management & Operations

  • Manage scheduling, logistics, equipment readiness, and event execution
  • Report daily KPIs, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
  • Ensure all in-field reps follow proper data-capture and workflow standards

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community engagement roles
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
  • Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, ground-level environment

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with the St. Catharines/Niagara region
  • Experience in telecommunications, retail, or real estate industries
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and partnerships
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
