Company Nurse/Hr Assistant

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Company Nurse / HR Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for ensuring employee health and wellness while also providing vital support to our Human Resources operations.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

As Company Nurse

• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records of employees and ensure confidentiality.
• Conduct health assessments, wellness checks, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
• Assist in the development of health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.

As an HR Assistant

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage and monitor daily timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave requests, and related HR concerns.
• Support HR in employee relations, documentation, and administrative tasks.

What are the Skills and Qualifications?

• Registered Nurse
• Preferably with experience as a Company Nurse and/or in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Location: Balagtas, Bulacan (near in Plaridel Bypass)

Head Office: South Caloocan City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
