We are currently looking for a full time Conference Supervisor to join our team of experts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily setup, preparation, and execution of all conferences and events.
• Act as the primary host and proactive point of contact for our event organizers and guests.
• Take full control of AV setups and digital logistics to ensure flawless delivery.
• Maintain all event spaces and equipment with an eye for detail.
• Coordinate with F&B and kitchen teams to synchronize high-tempo service.
• Assist the Food & Beverage departments with operational tasks as required.

• Proven experience in high-end event operations or luxury hospitality.
• Comfortable managing AV technology and troubleshooting on the fly.
• A professional, direct personality who isn't afraid to take up space.
• An optimistic drive and the ability to thrive under high pressure.

The Conference Supervisor will report to the Food & Beverage Manager.
