Construction Administrator

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract

We are seeking a ‘Construction Administrator’ to join our team. The successful candidate will create project estimates, setup and maintain back end systems, provide administrative support to our teams in the field and assist in the day to day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating.

Back end project setup and ongoing maintenance.

Document control.

Takeoffs.

Plan markups.

Data Entry.

Timesheet management.

Deficiency reports.

Production reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Skills

Self motivated/self starter.

Exceptionally strong written and verbal communicator, in English.

High level of organization.

Excellent attention to detail.

Capable problem solver.

Maintain a high level of accuracy when carrying out all duties.

An ability to coordinate & self-manage workload in order to meet deadlines.

Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication in English.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

Experience in an administrative/engineering/architectural/drafting role, preferably within a construction environment, is an asset.

Experience with AirTable, OneDrive, Fieldwire or Slack is an asset.

Experience with CAD and/or BIM software is an asset.

Proficient with the Google suite of products.
