Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly intelligent dedicated and experienced Residential Project Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills with a solid understanding of construction processes, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with team members, contractors, and clients while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on multiple construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality control standards.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Review and interpret project schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of plans.
• Utilize Buildertrend for project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct constant site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the residential construction industry is essential.
• Strong knowledge of contract management practices and quality control processes.
• Experience with Buildertrend.
• Ability to drive a truck/van with a dump trailer.
• Ability to create accurate material lists.
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics and blueprints effectively.
• Experience in managing teams while fostering a collaborative work environment is highly valued.
• Proficiency in using various construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Proactive attitude towards work tasks.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
