Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Overview
Kleenco Construction of TN is accepting applications for a project manager position. We are a commercial civil construction contractor providing repair services for retail chain companies. We are looking for a candidate who has commercial remodel/build out experience that can inspect and manage projects. This position will consist of onsite pre-construction meetings, scheduling/coordination of work in phases, quality control/assurance, as-build drawings, change order processing, and project close out, and customer acceptance of projects subcontracted. This candidate will also assist with site inspections determining defects and required repairs. This is a full-time position which will require 50% travel. This position is perfect for a retired or semi-retired candidate who meets the rest of the job requirements.

Requirements:

• · Minimum of 5 years commercial remodel or build-out experience.

· Ability to travel 5 days/nights at a time for onsite project management.

· Must be Bi-lingual

· Computer experiences including emailing, sending attachments, Microsoft word/excel.

· Able to pass back ground check, drug test, and has a clean MVR with no moving violations in the last year/ no more than 3 in 3 years.

· Professional, able to manage time, team member.

Compensation:

This is a salary position. The pay will be determined at the time of interview based on the candidates experience level. Our wages are very competitive with industry standards.

· Per diem will be paid for every night spent away from home.

· All expenses will be covered by company.

· A company vehicle will be provided for all company related business.
