Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Female Content Creator (Indian origin, currently residing in Toronto, Canada) who can confidently lead video content production and manage social media growth strategies. The ideal candidate has prior experience building engaging content, understands digital trends, and can connect effectively with the Indian student and professional community in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Script, shoot, and edit engaging videos independently
• Manage and grow social media channels with measurable results
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy
• Engage with the online community and respond to DMs/comments
• Cover events and host live sessions when required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in content creation or social media management
• Currently residing in Toronto, Canada
• Strong on-camera presence and professional communication skills
• Proven experience growing social media accounts
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Strong understanding of content marketing and social media algorithms
• Fluent in English
