Content Creator / Social Media Manager (Video Focus)

We are seeking a creative, high-level Content Creator / Social Media Manager to produce cinematic, engaging video content for a unique business that combines:

• Music production (Expo Compositores – “El hogar del compositor”)
• Medical clinic (Clínica Médica de la Caridad)
• Creative studio / cultural hub

This is NOT a basic posting job — we want someone who can create Netflix-style, high-impact visuals, tell stories, and help build a powerful brand presence.Responsibilities

• Create daily video content for Instagram and TikTok
• Film on-site (building, studios, clinic, behind-the-scenes)
• Edit high-quality videos (Reels, short-form content)
• Add captions, hooks, transitions, and music
• Develop viral content ideas and campaigns
• Manage posting schedule and engagement
• Capture key moments (events, construction, setup, launches)Content Style We Want
• Cinematic / “Netflix-style” visuals

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for Instagram & TikTok
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Eye for aesthetics, lighting, and angles
• Understands viral trends and hooks
• Comfortable filming people and environments
• Reliable, professional, and creative

BIG PLUS

• Experience with music studios, artists, or entertainment industry
• Experience with branding or luxury-style visuals
• Spanish-speaking (preferred but not required)
