Content Creator/Writer

The Content creator/writer will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing content strategies that align with brand objectives and drive engagement on the platform. This role involves planning and organizing content shoots, creating mood boards, and communicating with clients to ensure content meets their branding standards. The Content Specialist will lead content creation, oversee shoot logistics, and ensure content is optimized for maximum impact. Additionally, the role requires staying up-to-date with TikTok trends, analyzing content performance, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Script Arrangement and Planning. Arrange and develop detailed scripts for content shoots, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Mood Board Creation. Create comprehensive mood boards that encapsulate the proposed content, incorporating the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
  • Client Communication. Engage with clients to explain the purpose and strategy behind the content, ensuring alignment with their branding and marketing goals.
  • Content Strategy Development. Develop and implement various content strategies designed to maximize engagement and reach on TikTok. Adapt strategies to ensure content resonates with the platform's audience.
  • Shoot Leadership. Lead the planning and execution of content shoots, ensuring that all elements are in place to produce high-quality content that meets brand standards.
  • Event Shooting. Shoot content during live events as needed to build traction and engage the audience in real-time.
  • Content Boosting. Ensure that all content is appropriately boosted on TikTok to maximize visibility and engagement, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Trend Analysis and Adaptation. Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices. Incorporate these insights into content strategies to keep the brand’s content relevant and engaging.
  • Performance Monitoring. Analyze the performance of content using TikTok analytics tools. Provide regular reports on content effectiveness and suggest improvements based on data insights.
  • Content Calendar Management. Develop and manage a content calendar that schedules content production, posting, and boosting activities. Ensure timely delivery and posting of all content.
  • Innovation and Experimentation. Experiment with new content formats, styles, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement. Propose and test innovative ideas to keep the content fresh and appealing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in content strategy, particularly on social media platforms like TikTok. Experience in video production and brand communication is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in content planning, scriptwriting, and visual design (e.g., mood boards).
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to lead and manage shoots, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Knowledge of boosting strategies and tools on TikTok.
  • Analytical skills for monitoring content performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and innovation in content creation and strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
