About the Role

We are looking for experienced content moderators ready to step into a quality-focused position.

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will assess complex and high-risk moderation decisions, ensuring policies are applied accurately, consistently, and fairly. You will also provide feedback and identify opportunities to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit moderation decisions across multiple workflows
• Handle sensitive and high-risk content, including:
• Hate speech
• Violent threats
• Self-harm
• Sexual content
• Fraud and impersonation
• Assess escalated cases for policy accuracy and consistency
• Provide clear, structured feedback to moderators
• Identify trends, errors, and training opportunities
• Support calibration sessions to ensure consistent decision-making
• Collaborate with operations and policy teams
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in content moderation (essential)
• Fluent Polish and strong English (minimum C1)
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgement
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
• Experience providing feedback or quality reviews is a plus

Working Hours & Conditions

• 40 hours per week
• Shift-based schedule (Monday to Sunday)
• Working hours between 08:00 and 19:00
• 4 weeks of onsite training provided
• No annual leave permitted during the first 8 weeks
• Fully office-based role in Dublin City Centre
• Background checks required
• Interviews will be conducted in English
