We’re looking for a brilliant, curious and highly organised Content Writer / AI-Assisted Marketing Executive to help bring a new content-led marketing initiative to life.
This is not a traditional copywriting role where you are expected to sit alone staring at a blank page. We want someone who knows how to use AI as a creative superpower — someone who can write excellent prompts, shape brilliant ideas, research topics properly, and turn raw thinking into engaging, useful and brand-aligned content.
You will be creating blog posts, long-form social media content, captions, visual content ideas, and simple Canva designs to support our marketing strategy.
The right person will be part-writer, part-researcher, part-content organiser, part-AI prompt magician — and fully responsible for helping us build a consistent, high-quality content engine.
About the role
You will work closely with our UK-based team to create content that supports our marketing goals, improves brand awareness, drives engagement, and helps convert interest into bookings.
This role would suit someone who is confident using AI tools, but also understands that AI output is only as good as the person guiding it. You will be the human brain behind the work: checking quality, improving tone, shaping ideas, adding personality, and making sure everything feels useful, original and on-brand.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Writing and editing blog posts
- Creating long-form social media posts and captions
- Developing content ideas that support our marketing objectives
- Using AI tools to research, draft, expand and improve content
- Writing strong prompts to generate better, more engaging ideas and copy
- Editing AI-generated content so it feels human, warm, clear and brand-aligned
- Creating simple visuals in Canva to support blogs, social posts and marketing content
- Repurposing content across different formats and platforms
- Researching trends, topics, keywords and audience interests
- Helping build a repeatable content workflow
- Keeping content organised, scheduled and moving forward
- Working with the wider team to bring a new marketing initiative to life
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong writer with excellent English
- Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Skilled at prompting AI to produce better ideas, structures and drafts
- A sharp editor who can improve tone, clarity and flow
- Creative, curious and full of ideas
- Organised and able to manage a content pipeline
- Comfortable working to UK hours
- Confident using Canva for simple designs and visuals
- Able to take a brief and turn it into polished content
- Good at researching topics and turning information into engaging writing
- Interested in marketing, social media and brand storytelling
- Proactive, reliable and happy to take ownership of a project
You do not need to be
You do not need to be a graphic designer, SEO expert or traditional journalist.
But you do need to have excellent taste, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use AI thoughtfully rather than lazily.
We are looking for someone who understands the difference between generic AI content and content that actually has a point of view, personality and purpose.

Working hours
This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, working UK hours.
You will work directly with our UK team and will need to be available during the UK working day for communication, feedback and collaboration.
The ideal candidate
The ideal person is someone who gets excited about using AI well.
You might already be using ChatGPT every day to brainstorm, write, improve, organise and think faster. You understand that AI is not there to replace creativity — it is there to amplify it.
You will be the person helping us turn ideas into content, content into engagement, and engagement into real commercial results.
