Copywriter (Short-Form Content)

Flowlync is a marketing agency that helps business owners grow their personal brands on social media and turn attention into real revenue through content.

We’re hiring a Short-form Content Copywriter to write high-performing video scripts for social media (specifically TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts).

You’ll work mostly with people in the holistic health and medical space, ensure each script matches the brand style and tone for each client, and optimize each peice of content to perform well on socials.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys writing daily, moving fast, and mastering short-form content at a high level, and wants consistent monthly work.

DETAILS:

• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule
• Part-time
• Pay: $1200–$1,700 NZD /per month (retainer)
• Approx deliverables: 15 short-form scripts per week (approx 30–90 secs each)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Study viral content with assigned niches to understand what’s working and why to apply to your scripts to drive preformance.
• Writing compelling short-form video scripts with strong hooks and clear and concise value delivery.
• Provide clear filming notes and editing guidance so videos are easy to execute and optimized for performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong short-form instincts: Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and what drives virality, especially in the first 1–3 seconds.
• Proven short-form copywriter: Experience writing scripts for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts with the ability to hold attention from start to finish.
• Ability to produce 100% original content without heavy reliance on AI.
• System-driven and dependable: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistently meets deadlines without reminders.
• Clear and responsive communicator: Responsive during work hours (within ~20 minutes).
• Long-term oriented: Seeking a stable role with openness to moving into full-time within the next 3–6 months.

Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
