Corporate Director Of Finance

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Financial Dierctor of Finance located in Aventura, FL. The Dierctor of Financ will be responsible for managing financial statements, preparing financial reports, overseeing accounting operations, and providing analytical insights to support financial decision-making. This role includes monitoring financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with various departments to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is preferred

Duties

• Manage all accounting operations, including account reconciliation and account analysis.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and other relevant regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data through regular audits and compliance checks.
• Utilize financial software such as Xero and Sage for efficient reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide insights on financial concepts that drive business performance.
• Lead the budgeting process and provide variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity in financial reporting.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the finance team to foster professional development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
