Corporate Lawyer

The duties and responsibilities of the corporate lawyer are:

• Drafts, create, edits and implement legal contracts,
• Reviews documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness and compliance regulations.
• Communicates with in-house and external legal counsel to prepare transaction documents.
• Represents the company in legal deals, negotiating, modifying and executing business deals.
• Advises the internal stakeholders on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and help in developing favorable terms for the company.
• Advises stakeholders on risk and compliance matters
• Protects the interest of the company by managing potential legal risks and violations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, political science, or business
• Juris Doctor Degree from a recognized law school accredited by the Legal Education Board (LEB)
• Must be a bar passer and with an active license.
• Must have at least 3 years working experience as corporate lawyer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Flextime

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
