Corporate Lawyer

We are currently looking for a Corporate Lawyer who will manage all corporate documents and legal compliance matters for both our Philippine and U.S. operations.

The responsibilities for this position generally include:

1. Reviewing and drafting contracts

2. Providing legal advice and opinions

3. Conducting legal research

4. Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance

5. Assisting the company with existing cases (civil, labor, litigation, etc.)

6. Identifying and mitigating legal risks

7. Improving company compliance policies and procedures
