Counter Sales / Color Technician

Working with contractors and homeowners alike at the front counter to determine the correct products needed for the job at hand.

Our fast-growing, local, family-owned business currently is expanding and we are looking to grow our team. We are a full-service paint shop that specializes in industrial, wood, concrete, and other specialty coatings, so a background in painting, color matching, cabinet work, finishing, or paint sales is preferred. We are looking for the right fit to join our fun team of professionals and are willing to train the right person.

Job duties to include:

• The blending of on-file colors for customers.
• Custom matching colors in a wide array of paints, stains, wood coatings, and other industrial coatings.
• Filling orders as they come in for customers, and helping out with basic warehouse and store maintenance work (i.e. stocking shelves, cleaning, filling colorant machines, etc.)

· 3. On-time and reliable for your designated shifts.
