Expressions Stationery Shop Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior CPA Lawyer to join our legal team. As a leading stationery retailer, we are committed to providing exceptional legal counsel to support our business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on matters related to corporate and commercial law.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to taxation, accounting, and business operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address legal queries and provide guidance on legal implications.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in managing legal documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Support legal team in various legal projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law and CPA certification.
• 1-2 years or above of experience in a legal or accounting role.
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
