Cps Quality Management Intern
Assist in the preparation of list of reopened cases, breached
cases, and CSAT comments for root cause analysis
 Assist in the collation and preparation of monthly QA
reports
 Consolidation of improvement opportunities/suggestions
from CSAT comments
 Assist in the creation of Quality Framework SharePoint Site
 Support in the creation of presentation materials for QA
trainings and refresher sessions  Support in the monitoring of continuous improvement
projects
 Assist in the creation of a CI Book of Work Dashboard
