Define project scope, deliverables, and responsibilities
Allocate resources and coordinate team assignments

Project Execution
Monitor progress of projects and deliverables
Ensure deadlines and production schedules are followed
Identify potential risks and implement solutions
Maintain clear communication across teams
Participate in Brainstorming
Attend production events, shoots and other related happenings

Team Coordination
Coordinate with creative, production, accounts, and operations
Ensure teams have clear tasks and expectations
Facilitate regular project updates and meetings

Budget & Resource Management
Track project expenses and ensure alignment with budget
Coordinate with vendors and partners
Ensure efficient use of project resources

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain project trackers and documentation
Prepare status reports for management or clients
Conduct post-project reviews and learnings
