We are urgently looking to recruit 2 Outreach Specialists who want to join our ambitious and committed team to communicate with confidence and persuade potential Content Creators and Live Streamers to join our agency, GravitasQ and be part of our supportive community

D2D Responsibilities:
- Outreach to potential Content Creators from a lead list and start engaging conversations about joining our agency
- Scroll TikTok and search for potential Content Creators
- Reach out, message and make contact with Creators
- Leave comments and engage with creators on their videos
- Promote the Agency and our offering to Creators and encourage them to apply
- Send them link to apply
- Ensure follow-up and DMs sent
- Manage own weekly stats and report findings

Requirement:
- Great communications skills and a command of both spoken & written English
- Confident reaching out & starting conversations
- Confidence in overcoming objections and answering questions
- Able to work in a fast-paced & pressurised environment
- Target orientated and love working in a competitive but supportive culture
- Able to work a USA time-shift

Full Training will be given and you'll be joining a large, supportive and ambitious team
