Radio King is a leading company in the car Android industry, specializing in the supply and installation of Android car radios, reverse cameras, dash cameras, speakers, and subwoofers for almost any vehicle. We work with both dealers and private clients across Ireland and continue to grow quickly.

As our business expands, we are looking for a reliable, proactive, and forward-thinking Credit Control & Accounts Systems Assistant to join our team full-time at our workplace. This is not a remote position.

Role Overview
This role is not only about credit control and payment follow-up. We are looking for someone who understands modern AI tools, can see how AI can improve accounts and finance work, and can help us build a more efficient internal accounts system for our company.

The ideal candidate will be confident in managing outstanding payments, client communication, and financial records, while also bringing ideas and practical improvements to modernize the way we handle accounts, reporting, and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding invoices and track payment statuses
• Proactively follow up on overdue payments by phone and email
• Maintain professional and clear communication with clients regarding payments
• Record payment activity accurately in accounting systems
• Assist with invoice issuing, statements, and payment matching
• Support bank reconciliations and account checks
• Work with QuickBooks and Excel to manage financial data
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain organized records of communications and financial documents
• Help improve internal account workflows and reporting processes
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support better financial organisation
• Contribute ideas for building and improving a stronger in-house accounts system
• Work closely with management to help modernize accounting operations

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, accounts administration, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
• Experience with QuickBooks is required
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, and data tracking
• Good understanding of AI tools and how they can improve office, finance, and accounts work
• Practical mindset with the ability to improve systems and workflows
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle payment conversations professionally and confidently
• Organized, responsible, and self-motivated
• Experience in helping to build or improve internal account systems is a strong advantage
• Russian or Ukrainian is a strong advantage

Pay: €14.15 – €18.00 per hour, depending on experience
