Duties

• Greet customers with a cheerful attitude and provide excellent service throughout their visit
• Operate cash registers accurately, handle transactions efficiently, and give correct change
• Assist in packaging donuts and baked goods with care and precision to maintain quality standards
• Support food production by helping with cake decorating, pastry assembly, and food preparation tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Answer customer inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and bakery offerings confidently
• Support kitchen staff during busy periods by assisting with basic food handling and catering preparations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
• Familiarity with bakery or pastry work, including cake decorating and food presentation skills is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as packaging and food prep
• Willingness to learn new skills related to baking, food production, and kitchen operations
• Prior experience in food industry roles such as catering or restaurant work is advantageous

Pay: $7.25 - $12.00 per hour
