Crew Member (Cashier / Food Bagger / Table Runner) At Taco Lab

Taco Lab in Cincinnati, OH is looking for one crew member (cashier / food bagger / table runner) to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 165 W McMillan. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in a high-energy, fast-casual setting
• Rotate between roles including cashier, food bagger, and table runner based on business needs
• Take orders efficiently at the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Pack and organize food orders quickly while maintaining presentation and accuracy
• Run food to tables with urgency, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized front-of-house at all times
• Support peak rush periods with speed, teamwork, and strong communication
• Ensure order accuracy before handing off to guests or delivery drivers
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to rotate between cashier, food bagger, and table runner roles
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Must follow food safety and cleanliness standards
