About this role

As a CRM Marketing intern, you’ll help execute exciting campaigns and analyze data to drive strategy. Build real-world analytical skills, learn top CRM tools, and make a meaningful impact—all while working with a dynamic team. Ready to grow? Join us!

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Develop data-driven strategies to retain customers and develop customer lifetime value;
• Develop intelligent campaign journeys and exciting content to trigger our customer's purchase behavior
• Analyze consumer data and campaigns to enhance your customer understanding and derive insightful findings for future initiatives;
• Coordinate the planning to execution of customer activation and reactivation campaigns between different stakeholders and responsible teams.
• Always keep a sharp eye on your customer!

What will you bring to the table?

• Good analytical skills to making data-driven decision
• Organized, great attention to detail, and highly motivated
• Working with the team to ensure all campaigns are sent efficiently and accurately
• Fun, smart and open-minded person who enjoys working in an international multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Available full-time (40 hours a week) and enrolled as a student at a university for a period of 6 months.
• Available to be in office for in-person meetings 3 times a week.
