Position Overview

Paybol Network Services is seeking a patient, analytical, and solutions-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our support team. In this role, you will be the direct line of support for our users, assisting them with account inquiries, platform troubleshooting, and service requests while ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly, professionally, and in line with company KPIs.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve account configurations, billing queries, and platform service issues.
  • Account Maintenance: Process secure user updates, verify documentation, and maintain meticulous notes within the CRM database.
  • Escalation Handling: Identify complex technical or billing anomalies and accurately escalate them to tier-two technical support or operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a customer care, technical support, or call center environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for explaining technical steps simply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM databases, ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), and standard digital tools.
  • Attributes: High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the resilience to handle challenging customer situations with composure.
  • Eligibility: Valid local working rights.
