Customer Service/Front Office Coordinator – Dental Laboratory.

Location: On-site (Dental Laboratory).
About the Role:
A growing dental laboratory is seeking a Customer Service/Front Office Coordinator to support daily operations and act as a key point of contact between the lab and dental clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case intake and inbound work, ensuring all required information and materials are received.
- Handle scheduling and coordination of cases throughout production.
- Provide customer service support to dental offices via phone and email.
- Perform case follow-up to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
- Assist with invoicing and billing-related tasks.
- Schedule deliveries and pickups with couriers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation in lab systems.
- Communicate proactively with internal departments to support on-time delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, front office, or administrative roles (dental or healthcare preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (practice management or lab software a plus).
