Job Description

Stipend - Rs.10,000 per month (in hand) + Variable Pay upto Rs.15,000 per month
Work From Office (Hybrid) - HSR Layout
Great chance of getting converted to a full time role after the internship based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and build strong relationships with clients
  
• Coordinate between resources and clients to create project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
  
• Update project management tool regularly to track project progress
  
• Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep them updated on the project status
  
• Address client queries in a timely and professional manner
  
• Speak with potential prospects who come from Facebook, Google ads, and FyerX website contact form
  
• Strictly avoid cold calling
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in an account management or project management role
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  
• Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage
