Customer Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our Financial Services products and services. Your ability to build rapport with clients and address their needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Contract to hire | No weekends
Pay: Base + Commission ($1,000–$4,500/month potential)

Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Process customer orders and manage inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our financial service products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Able to perform around 80+ outbound calls to warm and cold leads for services we provide.
• Proven sales abilities, with experience in upselling or cross-selling preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear interaction with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
