What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries and sales leads through various channels (email, phone, chat).
• Guide customers through the sales, design, billing, and post-sale processes.
• Cross-sell products and services.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Work towards individual, team, and company goals, including meeting assigned sales quotas.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Make outbound calls to support sales goals and customer engagement.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• At least college level.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Experience with outbound calls.
• Retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Prior work-from-home experience is required.
• Willingness to work night shift schedules.
• Willingness to work the graveyard shift with fixed weekend rest days.
• Experience with CRM software or telephony and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection.
• PC hardware such as a laptop or desktop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
• Quiet home office environment free from distractions.

What You’ll Get:
