Responsibilities:

• Inbound and Outbound calls for CSR and Sales rep roles.
• Locate key information from different documents.
• Answer calls and do follow-ups for unanswered calls.
• Ensure accuracy of documents with complete information provided.
• Download the application from the site and save the file in the folder.
• Updating the tracker for completed tasks.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Sales Background and Experience
• Knowledgeable in Google Sheets.
• Proper email handling / Email management.
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
