Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound calls for CSR and Sales rep roles.
- Locate key information from different documents.
- Answer calls and do follow-ups for unanswered calls.
- Ensure accuracy of documents with complete information provided.
- Download the application from the site and save the file in the folder.
- Updating the tracker for completed tasks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Sales Background and Experience
- Knowledgeable in Google Sheets.
- Proper email handling / Email management.
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
- Willing to work onsite
