As a Customer Satisfaction Intern you’ll be responsible for the timely response and closure to customers' product return requests. What you’ll do- Process customer returns for defective and non-defective products
- Coordinate with customer contact centre for timely and efficient closure of cases
- Coordinate with warehouse and ensure returned products are received and credit to customer is posted
- Prepare monthly performance review data and presentation
- Strong customer orientation
- Speed & Execution mindset
- Systems Savvy (SAP, Other ERP) User experience
- Communicates with impact
