- Customer Service Executive– Dental / Healthcare
Focus: Dentists & Dental Laboratories
Your responsibilities:
- Providing daily support to dentists and dental laboratories (phone, email)
- Independently recording, processing, and following up on customer orders
- Clarifying questions about products, delivery times, and orders through direct customer communication
- Proactively communicating about delays or outstanding issues
- Planning and implementing mailings and structured follow-up campaigns
- Close coordination with sales, logistics, and marketing
Your profile:
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; French is a plus
- Ideally, experience in the dental, laboratory, or healthcare/medtech sector
- Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems
- Structured, precise, and independent work style
- Clear, professional communication – even in challenging situations
- Proactive attitude: You identify issues early and take action
