Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a new detail-oriented and goal focused member to join our team and lead our Service Technician Team. You will be working closely with the Installation Manager for resource deployment. You will be reporting directly to the Management Team.

The following list is not exhaustive, other duties may be assigned by management as you get comfortable with the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of technicians
  • Coordinate Service calls and billing of calls on a regular and timely basis
  • Answer incoming calls and provide technical support to clients in a professional, timely and polite manner
  • Manage an inside team of customer support people and technicians in the field
  • Analyze and find solutions to client problems and follow to resolution
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer service interactions, discussions, information, and unresolved issues
  • Filter, process, schedule service calls and coordinate service technicians
  • Schedule and track service calls on a daily basis
  • Assist on-site technicians with any issues
  • Ensure compliance with health, security, quality, and recycling policies
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to you

Requirements

  • French and English language skills
  • You have been in charge of a service department and managed a team of both inside and outside support staff
  • Oral and written fluency in French and English
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Have a mature and calm demeanor
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to familiarize with customer service software quickly
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Must handle all information with confidentiality and discretion
  • BSP card or clearance to apply for BSP card

Helpful Skills

  • Knowledge of security systems, industry technology, trends, and applications
  • Knowledge of computer hardware functionality, networking, wireless technology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
