Customer Service Manager

Clean Globe Limited, a professional cleaning services provider, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in the Canterbury region. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can lead the operations, ensure a high standard of client satisfaction, and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for commercial clients across multiple sites.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding service needs and expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to review service quality and promptly address concerns.

Operational Oversight

  • Work closely with the operations and supervisory team to ensure cleaning services are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • Oversee scheduling of cleaning tasks in line with client contracts and site requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all client premises.

Staff Coordination

  • Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of cleaning staff.
  • Monitor staff performance and maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet service requirements.
  • Address performance issues and manage client feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Quality Assurance

  • Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Implement corrective measures and continuous improvement plans where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, complaints, resolutions, and service improvements.

Reporting and Administration

  • Prepare and manage service performance reports, client feedback summaries, and incident documentation.
  • Assist with contract reviews, renewals, and service improvement discussions with clients.

The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $30 to $35 per hour.

Other important requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a managerial role.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
