Requirements:
- With a wide range of customer service knowledge, establishes procedures for providing quality customer service in a customer environment requiring team work, efficiency, cross-training.
- Manages customer service activities associated with help desk and training in support of IT systems. Implements customer service policies and procedures, and provides expertise in complex customer questions and issues.
- Reviews and enforces service level agreements.
- Reports on help desk status and provides metrics to management.
- Prepares and participates in new software release testing, and training material validation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 Year Experience
- Ability to pass Federal and State background investigation
- Must have current NAC clearance.
