Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in store, chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with purchase and any issues that may arise.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing calls efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
• Promote products and services through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Stocking shelves and keeping store neat and clean
• Some pricing and warehouse duties. Heavy lifting is required.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in cash register and payment collection with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
