Customer Service Representative (Antipolo | Onsite | Night Shift)

Join a premier operations team dedicated to delivering world-class service. We are looking for high-caliber Customer Care Representatives to support our City Furniture account. This is a probationary, full-time role designed for seasoned professionals who excel in building emotional connections and solving complex problems with grace and efficiency.

Position Overview

  • Monthly Package: 25,000 PHP
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite (OTC, Antipolo)
  • Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
  • Start Date: March 30, 2026
  • Holiday Schedule: Client-based (US Holidays)

Key Responsibilities

As the voice of our brand, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and positive end-to-end customer journey. Your core duties include:

  • Relationship Building: Establishing emotional connections through meaningful, empathetic interactions that foster long-term loyalty.
  • Problem Resolution: Autonomously solving customer issues while identifying the appropriate time to escalate to management.
  • Transaction Management: Ensuring accurate data entry for orders and returns to provide a smooth exchange experience for the customer.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recording detailed information and feedback to help analyze and improve future shopping experiences.
  • Service Excellence: Maintaining high standards of active listening and logical reasoning to navigate high-pressure situations.

Required Qualifications

We are seeking dedicated professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Customer Service Voice role. We prioritize candidates with a stable work history (average of one company per year).
  • Communication: Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Soft Skills: A natural ability to empathize with customers, coupled with patience, tenacity, and a resourceful "never give up" attitude.
  • Adaptability: Proven flexibility in navigating changing workflows and night shift schedules.

Preferred Skills (Advantageous but not required):

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using Adobe PDF Reader.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
