Customer Service Representative - Business Development Center For Service

Northgate CJDR located in Groesbeck, OHIO(Cincinnati area) is a cutting edge and state of the art automotive dealership is in search of just the right person to join our Customer Care/Service office. Qualities and skills required:

1. Enjoys talking on the phone.

2. Enjoys spending time with customers within our dealership.

3. Self Motivated, positive attitude and mature individual.

4. Possess advanced verbal and listening skills.

5. Has an average working knowledge of EXCEL and Data entry.

6. Adaptable to proven processes.

7. Energetic with a desire to learn and succeed.

NORTHGATE CJDR WILL PROVIDE THE RIGHT PERSON THE FOLLOWING:

```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions.
- Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Conduct strategic planning to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and generate reports.
- Support sales efforts by providing product information, processing orders, and assisting with sales negotiations.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to customers.

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Business development experience is preferred but not required.
