Customer Service Representative (Csr)

Job Overview:
In this role, you will provide critical support to US-based healthcare providers and clinics, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of healthcare-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support US healthcare providers and clinics.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Ensure all correspondence is managed in line with HIPAA regulations and client-specific protocols.
• Accurately document and update patient records and interaction details.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
• Prior experience in US healthcare is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with US business hours.
