Customer Service Representative (Csr)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in arranging their shipments, answering general inquiries regarding invoices and services.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operating system
• Track and trace shipments as required
• Complies with internal policies and procedures
• Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
• Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures

Qualification:

• 1 years customer service experience in BPO setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• College Graduate is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
