Customer Service Representative (Csr) – Insurance Account

Job Title:
Pharma PHRN Voice – PE and SPE (Pharmacovigilance)

Location:
Onsite in Taguig for 6 months then will shift to hybrid setup 3 days onsite per week

Work Schedule:
Night shift
Weekends off but candidate should be amenable to scheduled weekend shift if needed

Salary Range:

• PE Process Executive: PHP 30000 per month
• SPE Senior Process Executive: PHP 38000 to PHP 47000 per month

Includes license allowance

• PHP 50000 Joining Bonus Terms and Conditions apply

Qualifications:

Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse PHRN or Registered Pharmacist RPH with active license

Open to newly registered PHRN and RPH

No bedside experience required

Excellent English communication skills

Willing to work onsite initially and hybrid after 6 months

Amenable to night shift and occasional weekend schedule.
