Customer Service Representative (Csr) - Logistics Account - Up To 25k

Basic Functions:

• Agents basically will do:
• Inventory Adjustments
• Monitoring of Supply Chain Movement
• Support can either be through emails or calls.

Some of the concerns that the agents will encounter:

• Issues or concerns about the product
• Movement of pallet from one point to another.
• Pallets that fell during transit
• Incorrect number of pallets were mistakenly entered.
• Adjustment (adding or subtracting) of quantities in the system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months customer service/ outbound non sales experience
• With good customer service handling
• Acceptable English communication skill
• Computer Literate
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Willing to work onsite in Centris, Quezon City
• Can start immediately
