Customer Service Representative In Mandaue

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduates are welcome
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer literate

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns through calls
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and other departments to resolve customer issues
