Customer Service Representative/Sales Administrator
- Permanent Work from home set-up
- US Client
- Night Shift
- Monday to Friday (US Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with efficiency and empathy
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases using Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Generate sales reports, analyze data trends, and support forecasting efforts
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and order confirmations with precision
- Coordinate with the sales team to streamline order processing, stock availability, and delivery schedules
- Assist in implementing sales promotions and campaigns by tracking responses and performance metrics
- Identify process gaps and contribute to improving customer service and sales workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales administration roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and familiarity with other tools like Google Sheets, ERP systems, or CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
(Nice to Have):
- Experience with automation tools like Power Automate or Zapier
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Background in e-commerce or wholesale industries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
