Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our in-person team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, resolving any issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred

- Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and Spanish is a plus

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers

- Experience in sales or upselling is beneficial
