Location:
This position is based in Jacksonville, FL. The position is an in-office opportunity, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist:
- Provide general office support and handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.
- Greet and assist company guests and visitors.
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.
- Sign for and distribute package deliveries.
- Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (required).
- One year of administrative experience (preferred).
- Proficient in computer skills and excellent customer service abilities.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (preferred).
- One year of medical office experience (required), including front-of-office doctor's office experience (check-in/check out) and answering phones
- Prior authorization experience (specifically through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds)
- Ability to work in a high-call environment
- eClinicalWorks experience
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
