Customer Service Supervisor

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of a customer service team.
• Motivate, coach, and mentor customer service representatives.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service quality.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration and related course.
• Experience in International Freight Forwarding is an advantage.
• With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and resolve customer conflicts professionally.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
