The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the CSR team and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. This role involves managing daily operations, monitoring service performance, handling escalated concerns, and developing team members to meet company standards and customer satisfaction goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise CSR team and daily customer service operations
- Monitor customer interactions and service quality KPIs
- Handle escalated concerns and ensure proper resolution
- Coach, train, and evaluate CSR performance
- Prepare reports and recommend process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduate of any course
- With 2-3 years experience in customer service, with supervisory exposure
- Strong leadership, communication, and problems-solving skills
NOTE : THE WORK LOCATION IS SUBJECT FOR RELOCATION TO BGC BY MARCH
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
